Payment
We offer a wide variety of payment options to suit your unique needs. Our payment options are 1.) online bank transfer, 2.) GCash transfer, 3.) credit/debit card payment, and 4.) 3-month 0% installment plan.

Shipping
NCR
- Orders are shipped via Lalamove. Standard lead time is 2-3 days.
North Luzon/South Luzon
- Orders are shipped via Transportify or any bus cargo available for pick-up/delivery in shipping destination. Standard lead time is 5-7 days before dispatch. Delivery lead time varies per destination.
Visayas/Mindanao
- Orders are shipped via sea/air freight via partner couriers. Standard lead time is 5-7 days before dispatch. Delivery lead time varies per destination depending on shipping method selected.
Returns
All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once paid and delivered

Warranty
Ark Ergonomics Limited Warranty
Coverage
The warranty provided by Ark Ergonomics covers defects in material or workmanship in new Ark Ergonomics products. This warranty is not transferable and can only be enjoyed by original customers of Ark Ergonomics who purchased directly from the company or from its authorized resellers.
This warranty does not cover damages due to wear and tear, product mishandling, improper installation, improper maintenance, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration. This warranty shall become void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover).
Duration
Ark Standing Desk Frames
All standing desk frames come with a 2-year warranty for the motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.
Ark Ergonomic Chairs
All ergonomic chairs come with a 1-year warranty for the gas lift and other parts of the chair.
Ark Walking Pads
All walking pads come with a 6-month warranty for the motor, and other electric parts.
Remedy
Upon claim validation, Ark Ergonomics will provide a replacement for any product or part of the product that is defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance.
Customer must ship back the item for replacement at his/her own cost and Ark Ergonomics will ship the replacement item to him once the defective item is received.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. ARK ERGONOMICS NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT.
Claims
To process your claim in line with the terms of this limited warranty, please contact customer service via email at sales@arkergonomics.com providing the following for filing a claim:
- Name of Customer and Date of Purchase (Note that the warranty extends to the Original Purchaser only.)
- Reason for Filing a Claim
- Unboxing video showing product in it’s delivered state and video/picture of the defect
Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
